Chi­nese Mus­lim stu­dents gift clothes to An­ju­man Faiz ul Is­lam

IS­LAM­ABAD—Mem­bers of China Mus­lim Stu­dents Union at the In­ter­na­tional Is­lamic Univer­sity Is­lam­abad (IIUI) have gifted clothes for more than 400 or­phans and needy stu­dents of An­ju­man Faiz ul Is­lam (AFI), Rawalpindi.

Chair­man Global Peace Foun­da­tion (GPF), Haji Gulzar Awan along­with Chi­nese stu­dents dis­trib­uted clothes among stu­dents of AFI in a cer­e­mony fol­lowed by an If­tar din­ner hosted by Global Peace Foun­da­tion and Roots In­ter­na­tional Schools’stu­dents on Thurs­day.

Speak­ing on the oc­ca­sion, Haji Gulzar Awan said, the mem­bers of China Mus­lim Stu­dents Union would fur­ther strengthen friendly re­la­tions be­tween Pak­istan and China by this gen­er­ous dona­tion. He ap­pre­ci­ated the ges­ture of Chi­nese stu­dents who ar­ranged the gift from their pocket and also eu­lo­gized the ser­vices of AFI ad­min­is­tra­tion for pro­vid­ing fa­cil­i­ties in­clud­ing food, shel­ter and ed­u­ca­tion to or­phans. He also ap­pealed to phi­lan­thropists to come for­ward and lend their help­ing hand to AFI for meet­ing its ever grow­ing ex­pen­di­tures.
