Security forces recover huge arms cache
ZHOB—Security Forces acting on a tip-off recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition from Gul Kachh area – bordering South Waziristan. Acting on secret information Security Forces and intelligence agency raided a house in sensitive Gul Kachh area and recovered two SMGs, six guns, two grenades, three pistols and thousands rounds of ammunition, but no arrest was reported.
Earlier this month, Security Forces had foiled a major terror bid by raiding a house in Murgha Kib-zai area. A suicide bomber had blown him-self up soon after the Para military forces raided the house.
A huge cache of arms were also recovered during the raid. Meanwhile one person was killed and two others injured in a clash over minor dispute in Killli Khuzhekzai here, Levies sources said on Monday.
According to Tehsildar Syed Muhammad Mandokhail, two groups of Mandokhail tribe clashed over a petty issue in Killi Khuzhekzai. Resultantly, 28-year-old Adam Khan S/ O Kamal Khan Mandokhail died while two others Ghafoor Khan and Ghulam Hyder sustained serious wounds in pre-dawn incident. They were moved to DHQ civil hospital.
Balochistan has strong tribal society and its history is full of intertribal disputes, feuds and conflicts. These disputes and enmities claim hundreds of precious lives every year in the volatile province. District and Session court sentenced a man to life imprisonment for the murder of his uncle in 2011 and a fine of Rs. 10,000 on charges of possessing illegal arms.
