LAHORE— Act­ing Ameer of the Ja­maat e Is­lami, Pak­istan, Li­aqat Baloch, has said that Pak­istan came into be­ing on the aus­pi­cious day of the 27th of Ra­mazan and the Pak­istani na­tion could build the coun­try into a strong and in­vin­ci­ble Is­lamic power through hard work and firm re­solve. Speak­ing at an If­tar din­ner in the city, he said that Almighty Al­lah had blessed this coun­try with un­lim­ited re­sources of men and ma­te­rial but de­vi­a­tion from the Is­lamic ide­ol­ogy and the con­sti­tu­tion dur­ing the last 67 years had re­sulted in the pil­ing up of mul­ti­ple prob­lems in ev­ery field. He ex­horted the youth to rise for abol­ish­ing corruption, ex­ploita­tion and tyranny in the coun­try and added that the youth were the real cus­to­dian and sav­ior of the coun­try’s fu­ture. Li­aqat Baloch said that In­shal­lah, Pak­istan would live for­ever and all those op­pos­ing her progress and devel­op­ment would fail in their de­signs. He said that the util­i­ties bills were mul­ti­ply­ing the wor­ries of the ma­jor­ity in the coun­try while load shed­ding was adding to their prob­lems.
