ATTOCK—Fourteen students of Government Boys Inter College Bahtar appeared in 1st year exam and not a single student could pass the exam. Even 13 students failed in Islamiat which is matter of great concern. Result of Urdu remained 100%. Reportedly Lecturer in Islamiat (M.A.R )who is PhD mostly remains on leave. At present he is on leave for one year.

As per the sources, he is busy in delivering lectures somewhere in Islamabad for which he is paid thousand of rupees. Parents of the students have protested over this pathetic and alarming situation. Now only nine students got admission in first year and this is total strength of the college while there is no student in 2nd year. ‘

Parents of the students and residents of the area have demanded that Regional Director Colleges and Deputy Director Colleges to take notice and hold an inquiry and take action against those responsible for this poor result which spoiled the future of the students.—APP
