Is Our Comedy Politically Correct?

Slogan - - Readers’ Thoughts - Novaira Khan, Karachi.

You must have come across comedy shows on Pakistani television channels and heard repugnant sentences mocking a caste or race. This is both infuriating AND DEPRESSING 7HERE IS OUR TELEVISION industry headed. It has the potential and the resources to create meaningful comedy, then why being a racist has become the breeding ground of slapstick comedy? It is very important to maintain the necessary balance of political correctness in comedy. 7E JUST NEED TO STEER OUR ENERGY IN A DIRECtion which is a little less commercial and more impactful.
