Day 1

All Fruits ex­cept Bananas

On the first day you will con­sume all the fruits you want. You should con­sume a heavy quan­tity of mel­ons to in­crease your chances of los­ing three lbs. on first day.

Day 2

All Veg­eta­bles

Con­sume as many raw and cooked veg­eta­bles you can. There is no limit on the amount or type. You will start day two with a large baked potato for break­fast. You may top the potato with one pat of but­ter.

Day 3

Fruit-Veg­etable Combo

Con­sume fruits and veg­eta­bles to your heart’s con­tent. Make sure you don’t eat any bananas of pota­toes.

Day 4

Bananas and Milk

On day four, you will eat eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You will also take a spe­cial soup.

Day 5

Feast day

You will eat beef and to­ma­toes. Eat 20 oz. por­tions of lean beef. A ham­burger will also do. Com­bine this with six whole to­ma­toes. On day five, you must in­crease your water in­take by one quart to cleanse your sys­tem of the uric acid you will be pro­duc­ing.

Day 6

Beef and Veg­eta­bles

You may eat an un­lim­ited amount of beef and veg­eta­bles.

Day 7

Brown rice, Juice and Veg­eta­bles

Your food in­take will con­sist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the veg­eta­bles of your choos­ing.
