All Fruits except Bananas
On the first day you will consume all the fruits you want. You should consume a heavy quantity of melons to increase your chances of losing three lbs. on first day.
Consume as many raw and cooked vegetables you can. There is no limit on the amount or type. You will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.
Consume fruits and vegetables to your heart’s content. Make sure you don’t eat any bananas of potatoes.
Bananas and Milk
On day four, you will eat eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You will also take a special soup.
You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat 20 oz. portions of lean beef. A hamburger will also do. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five, you must increase your water intake by one quart to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.
Beef and Vegetables
You may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables.
Brown rice, Juice and Vegetables
Your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables of your choosing.
