PTI, Govt ready for fi­nal show­down on Nov 30th

ISLAMABAD: As time is run­ning short to­wards Novem­ber 30 rally of Pak­istan Tehreek-eIn­saf, the govern­ment and the op­po­site side have com­pleted their prepa­ra­tions for the fi­nal show­down.

Po­lit­i­cal par­ties in­clud­ing Ja­maat-e-Is­lami and Pak­istan Awami Tehreek ( PAT) have re­fused to par­take in the rally. The PTI has de­cided to en­ter its work­ers in the fed­eral cap­i­tal two days be­fore the for­mal date of the rally.

On the other side the ad­min­is­tra­tion has also fi­nal­ized se­cu­rity plan and po­lice con­tin­gents ar­rived in Islamabad from Pun­jab and Azad Kash­mir. Restau­rants, petrol pumps and other pub­lic places are feared to close down in or­der to stop gath­er­ings.

Ac­cord­ing to the se­cu­rity sources six unites of po­lice to dis­perse peo­ple and six unites of women po­lice ar­rived in the cap­i­tal. Fron­tier Con­stab­u­lary (FC) can also called in case of emer­gency.

Sources said restau­rants and gen­eral bus stands are un­der ob­ser­va­tion of the se­cu­rity forces in or­der to stop work­ers of the PTI to as­sem­ble in Islamabad. They fur­ther said en­trance of the cap­i­tal would be sealed from Thurs­day night as con­tain­ers and wires would be used in this re­gards.
