Russia cbank monitoring borrowing
MOSCOW: Russia's central bank is keeping a close eye on companies' foreign borrowing but does not see cause for concern in current levels, its governor said.
"It is the decision of the banks and the companies -where to borrow, when and for how long, and it is their responsibility before creditors.
It is a normal process of a market economy," Sergei Ignatyev told the Duma lower house of parliament. -PB News
