Pak seeks UAE col­lab­o­ra­tion in trade

IS­LAM­ABAD: Pak­istan's am­bas­sador to the United Arab Emi­rates, Jamil Ahmed Khan on Wed­nes­day called on ruler of Ras Al-Khaimah, Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al-Qasimi at his Palace and sought col­lab­o­ra­tion with Pak­istan in the ar­eas of trade and in­dus­try.

Am­bas­sador Jamil Khan told APP on tele­phone that the Ras Al-Khaimah ruler dur­ing the meet­ing expressed his keen in­ter­est in co­op­er­a­tion with Pak­istan in terms of pro­cure­ment of men and ma­te­rial, ac­knowl­edg­ing the value of its hu­man cap­i­tal and nat­u­ral re­sources. The am­bas­sador said the ruler also ap­pre­ci­ated the idea of cre­at­ing state-of-the-art trade free zone and an in­vest­ment author­ity for Pak­istan, cater­ing for ma­jor sec­tors of in­dus­tries in the UAE and African coun­tries. -App
