"It seems quiet evident that the Indian administration has licensed its troops to invade the privacies and kill people in utter disregard to human life," Nazir Ahmad Shawl, Executive Director, Justice Foundation Kashmir Centre London, stated Thursday.

"It is the need of the time and in the interest of regional peace to facilitate a result oriented dialogue between India, Pakistan and Kashmiri leadership. Just peace in Kashmir can bring about stability in the region and strengthen the friendship. -App
