PPP, MQM coalition is intact: Qaim
KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Wednesday said coalition between Pakistan People's Party and Muttaheda Quami Movement is intact and minor differences,if any, will be resolved amicably.
" Difference of opinion can emerge even within family members," Chief Minister said during his inter-active session with members of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry here at Federation House. He said the bill for re-launching of Commissionery System in the province was ready to be presented in Sindh Assembly and hopefully this would soon become a law.
He said PPP-led Government was making its best possible efforts to maintain law and order, and there is a significant improvement on this account.
We are fully aware that better law and order situation is very much needed for economic growth in the country, he added.
He said the government strictly believed in public-private partnership and has enhanced its liaison with private sector people at various level to promote sense of ownership among them for the Government polices/decisions so that the objective can easily be achieved.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah invited FPCCI members to join the project of Thar coal and other associated projects there, and assured them of full support and facilities from the Government. -App
