IGP bans use of mobile phone during duty
PESHAWAR: The Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through an order has banned use of mobile phones by lower subordinates in police force on duty with immediate effect.
The provincial police officer in a special circular issued from CPO on Wednesday has directed CCPO Peshawar, all DIGs Regions, DPOs and other heads of units to implement this order in letter and spirit by ensuring that lower sub-ordinates on duty should not use mobile phones.
They have also been instructed to further direct the supervisory officers in their respective areas and units to strictly monitor the sub-ordinates on duty through out the province and those found violating this order should be taken to task without fail. -App
