NAB clar­i­fies its po­si­tion in Turk­ish RPP case

Na­tional Ac­count­abil­ity Bureau(NAB) has clar­i­fied that it had made an ef­fort to rec­on­cile the ac­counts of Turk­ish rental power plant KARKEY Ka­rad­eniz Elek­trik Ure­tim A.S on the facts that no fur­ther claims by any gov­ern­ment or­ga­ni­za­tion against com­pany.

In re­sponse of the ad­ver­tise­ment pub­lished in sec­tion of the me­dia given by Karkey in which the com­pany claims that it had in good faith co­op­er­ated for seven months dur­ing the in­quiries and in­ves­ti­ga­tions of Na­tional Ac­count­abil­ity Bureau (NAB), at the end of which NAB has con­cluded the process to its sat­is­fac­tion and is­sued a No Ob­jec­tion Cer­tifi­cate(NOC) on 11th Oc­to­ber 2012 in pur­suant to the Supreme Court de­ci­sion.
