BSP presents K5000 to Salvation Army
PORT MORESBY: Papua New Guinea Secretary for Business Administration Major Philip Maxwell when receiving the cheque from BSP’s Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer, Johnson Kalo today acknowledged and commended BSP for their continued support that helps Salvation Army in its many projects and programs. Major Philip said this kind donation will be put into our Social Trust Funds to assist with our Community Service, Health & HIV and Disaster projects. BSP has been supporting Salvation Army for several years including their fundraising events to help them raise more funds in their endeavors. The bank also has a great working relationship with the Salvation Army schools and does similar to various other charitable, humanitarian and nongovernment organisations that strive to make positive contributions to the community, such as Cheshire DisAbility Services, PNG Red Cross and City Mission among others.
