Bank­ing Courts work­ing sans pro­mo­tion for 30 years

Bank­ing Courts' vig­i­lance in­spec­tors nazirs have been work­ing in BPS-8 for the last 30 years with­out any upgra­da­tion in their cur­rent grade. Ac­cord­ing to de­tails fed­eral gov­ern­ment has been pro­mot­ing all the of­fi­cials on its pay­roll to next grade, ig­nor­ing the nazirs ev­ery time. The nazirs have very im­por­tant du­ties to dis­charge but they have been spend­ing their lives on mea­ger in­come. There are four bank­ing court nazirs at the fed­eral courts at the fed­eral courts dis­charg­ing var­i­ous im­por­tant du­ties in­clud­ing main­te­nance of ac­count, im­ple­men­ta­tion on de­crees and ex­e­cu­tion of court writs. The Bank­ing Court nazirs in­clud­ing Ab­dul Ma­jeed Shami and Shazad Raza de­manded of the fed­eral gov­ern­ment to im­me­di­ately pro­mote them to BPS-14 like it had done in case of other fed­eral gov­ern­ment's case.
