Ad­vans Pak­istan Mi­cro­fi­nance Bank Limited (Ad­vans Pak­istan) and Avanza So­lu­tions, a lead­ing multi­na­tional IT firm, signed an agree­ment for en­abling Al­ter­nate De­liv­ery Chan­nels in or­der to pro­vide con­ve­nient and cost ef­fec­tive ser­vices to its clien­tele.

Ad­vans Pak­istan Mi­cro­fi­nance Bank Limited is a part of a group op­er­at­ing in nine coun­tries in Africa and Asia cater­ing to the fi­nan­cial needs of MSMEs. In­cor­po­rated as a pub­lic limited company un­der the Com­pa­nies Or­di­nance 1984 on April 17, 2012, Ad­vans Pak­istan was granted li­cense by the State Bank of Pak­istan on June 28, 2012 to op­er­ate as Mi­cro­fi­nance Bank in Sindh.

The Bank en­deav­ors to pro­vide fi­nan­cial ser­vices to the less priv­i­leged/un­banked seg­ment of the so­ci­ety, par­tic­u­larly MSMEs in help­ing th­ese busi­nesses build as­sets, cre­ate em­ploy­ment, and con­trib­ute to­wards eco­nomic growth.

Tariq Khan Baluch CEO, Ad­vans Pak­istan Mi­cro­fi­nance Bank Limited said, "Ad­vans Pak­istan has a long term com­mit­ment to Pak­istan and en­deav­ors to in­crease its out­reach to its tar­get­ted mar­ket the 'miss­ing mid­dle' through ef­fi­cient and cost ef­fec­tive method­olo­gies. In line with this strat­egy the Bank is em­bark­ing on Al­ter­nate De­liv­ery Chan­nels and part­ner­ing with rel­e­vant play­ers to im­ple­ment such ini­tia­tives. Th­ese ini­tia­tives / part­ner­ships will help pro­vide qual­ity ser­vices to our clients, while help­ing Ad­vans Pak­istan in­crease its out­reach."
