AJKCCI to promote foreign investments
MIRPUR: The AJKCCI has chalked out an integrated plan to encourage the foreign investments by the overseas Pakistanis including the millions of Britain-based Kashmiris.
This investment by expatriates is expected in trade and industrial sector in Azad Jammu Kashmir under a plan to attract maximum foreign investment in the industrial sector in AJK. The President AJKCCI Ch. Javed Iqbal said on Monday that the plan primarily involve the translation of the idea of speedy industrialization of AJK in to reality to ensure economic uplift and progress of AJK.
The AJKCCI President said one window operational facilities would be provided to existing and intending entrepreneurs including the Kashmiri expatriates. Expressing his priorities for giving an impetus to the business activities in AJK, Iqbal said private sector would be encouraged to bring about industrial revolution in Azad Kashmir.
