CM ap­proves reg­u­la­tions of PSCA

Pun­jab Chief Min­is­ter Muham­mad She­hbaz Sharif presided over a meet­ing of Board of Pun­jab Safe Cities Au­thor­ity which gave ap­proval to the rules and reg­u­la­tions and other re­lated mat­ters. Speak­ing on the oc­ca­sion, the Chief Min­is­ter said that Safe Cities Pro­ject is the vi­tal im­por­tance for the pro­tec­tion of life and prop­erty of cit­i­zens and con­trol­ling crimes.

He said that the pro­ject should be im­ple­mented in a pro­fes­sional man­ner. He said that there is a need of work­ing on the pro­ject with com­mit­ment and ded­i­ca­tion. She­hbaz Sharif said that be­sides La­hore, Cab­i­net Com­mit­tee on Law & Or­der should also con­sider to start work on the pro­ject in Faisal­abad, Multan and Rawalpindi and present fi­nal pro­pos­als. Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer Safe City Au­thor­ity gave a briefing on var­i­ous mat­ters re­lat­ing to the pro­ject.
