At­ti­jarah Cen­ter of Is­lamic Eco­nom­ics (ACIE) has been es­tab­lished with the ob­jec­tive to do ac­tiv­i­ties in or­der to do re­search, ex­plore, de­velop, pro­mote and im­ple­ment the con­cepts and prin­ci­ples of Is­lamic Eco­nom­ics, Busi­ness & Fi­nance.

The op­er­a­tions of Is­lamic Fi­nan­cial In­sti­tu­tions (IFIs) are spread­ing and de­vel­op­ing at a rapid stage and it is very cru­cial for IFIs to train staff ac­cord­ingly with re­spect to tech­ni­cal, op­er­a­tional and shariah aspects of prod­ucts and ser­vices to avoid shariah com­pli­ance risk which leads to rep­u­ta­tional risk of cer­tain IFI. Keep­ing in view the need of this time and stick­ing to its com­mit­ment to the main ob­jec­tive, ACIE now of­fers spe­cial­ized course on Shariah Com­pli­ance & Au­dit with the in­ten­tion to equip peo­ple with the knowl­edge of Shariah com­pli­ance and au­dit of prod­ucts and ser­vices of­fer­ing by Is­lamic Banks. This course cov­ers the brief, con­ve­nient and com­pre­hen­sive ex­pla­na­tion of Is­lamic modes of fi­nance with preva­lent doc­u­men­ta­tion and pro­ce­dures, IFSB and SBP guide­lines and reg­u­la­tions re­lated to Shariah Gov­er­nance and Shariah com­pli­ance and au­dit. Af­ter com­ple­tion of this course, the peo­ple are able to un­der­stand the cru­cial shariah com­pli­ance and au­dit aspects and reg­u­la­tions of cer­tain prod­ucts and ser­vices.
