Opening in 2014, Happy Boy latched on to a new taste for a more provincial Chinese cuisine and matched it to a short, dynamic wine list. Things can get gnarly (and a little noisy) in the backstreet, brick-walled former workshop. But in the right company and with such winning service, you’ll hardly care.
