Once the Clifton Hill Store, Bil­lykart Kitchen has taken the spirit of that an­cient cor­ner shop’s ba­con and eggs and cre­ated one of the best break­fast menus in town. Celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue deals in dishes a lit­tle more ex­per­i­men­tal: smoked pork hash or maybe potato fo­cac­cia with spread­able sausage. There’s also a slick West End edi­tion, if you’re keep­ing it closer to the city.
