Special flights to Pacific Games

Air Niugini operated special flights for Papua New Guinea’s Pacific Games team in July.

The team, competing in the games in Apia, Samoa, finished second out of 24 nations on the medal table. PNG won 131 medals, while top-placed New Caledonia collected 182.

The next Pacific Games will be held in Honiara, in the Solomon Islands, in 2023.
