2 pushers nabbed over P5M shabu
TWO suspected pushers tagged by police as highvalue targets were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Real town, Quezon province and yielded an estimated P5 million worth of crystal meth (shabu) on Thursday.
Operatives pounced on John Paul Astoveza, 22 and Mark Aljon Buendicho, 26, both of General Nakar town, after they sold two sachets of shabu to an uncercover police officer at the village of Poblacion Uno around 4 p.m.
Col. Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief, said at least 990 grams of meth was seized from the two suspects, with a street value estimated at P5 million. A motorcycle was also seized.
