AFTER seeing an orchestra of orphans perform at the Carnegie Hall in New York, His Eminence Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle, D.D, expressed his dream of giving support and assistance to the indigent children in the Archdiocese of Manila through music and arts appreciation. This dream of his was realized by his batchmates in the Ateneo College Class ’77. For their Ruby Jubilee Outreach Project, the Ateneo College Class ’77, in partnership with Security Bank Corporation (SBC), chose to shadow the good works of their batchmate Cardinal Tagle and initiated a Skills Development Program. The first phase of the program was dedicated for Tulay ng Kabataan Foundation.
