Opened last Au­gust 28, Top of Cebu gives you an ex­hil­a­rat­ing panoramic view of Cebu City and of­fers a dif­fer­ent dis­tinc­tion of fine din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence – “Fun Din­ing”,coined by ex­ec­u­tive chef of the restau­rant him­self.

As a vis­ual ap­pe­tizer to the din­ers, a ver­ti­cal foyer clad with ex­quis­ite art­works that man­i­fest Ce­buano ref­er­ences will be greet­ing them. Din­ers can also opt for a homey in­door set­ting or an al fresco area to dine in.

Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Kairos Joseph Alo pays homage to Filipino cui­sine by serv­ing con­tem­po­rary Filipino fa­vorites with a twist, in­fus­ing it with a melange of gus­ta­tory fla­vors in­spired from dif­fer­ent cuisines in the world.

Salted Egg Cala­mares, Busay Ex­press, Siz­zling Ban­gus, Mango Kani Salad to name a few, are just some of Chef Kairos’ spe­cial­ties.

Top of Cebu also boasts its live carv­ing sta­tion wherein they fea­ture USDA-cer­ti­fied beef se­lec­tions for only 180 per 100 grams.

Apart from that, they are also in­tro­duc­ing the lat­est ad­di­tion to their menu, “Street Sweets of Cebu”, a plat­ter which fea­tures well-loved Filipino del­i­ca­cies such as puto, kutsinta, mango, sticky rice and many more, served with a sid­ing of tablea.
