So many things to do, not enough hours in day, and you barely have time to sleep (#FML), so exercising seems like the last thing you have time for. But as Cosmo US trainer Adam Rosante shows Cosmo US editor Danielle Mcnally, it’s totally doable—they didn’t even leave the office. Perform as many reps as you can in a minute, then move on to the next exercise. At the end of the circuit, rest one minute, then do it again. That’s it!
