So many things to do, not enough hours in day, and you barely have time to sleep (#FML), so ex­er­cis­ing seems like the last thing you have time for. But as Cosmo US trainer Adam Rosante shows Cosmo US editor Danielle Mcnally, it’s to­tally doable—they didn’t even leave the of­fice. Per­form as many reps as you can in a minute, then move on to the next ex­er­cise. At the end of the cir­cuit, rest one minute, then do it again. That’s it!
