toned FROM head to toe

Get in side-plank po­si­tion, with right hand un­der right shoul­der and left arm ex­tended to­ward sky, and hold a beach ball be­tween an­kles. Squeeze legs to­gether, puls­ing for 20 reps. Switch sides to com­plete set.
