Did you know you can make the most of your morn­ing shower by sim­ply adding 90 sec­onds to your rou­tine? Once you’re done with your nor­mal sham­poo-con­di­tioner-and-soap rit­ual, rinse up with su­per-cold wa­ter for 30 sec­onds. Then, ad­just the wa­ter tem­per­a­ture to as hot as you can take for an­other 30 sec­onds be­fore blast­ing cold wa­ter for an­other cy­cle. This trick is said to tighten your pores as you wash away all the bath prod­ucts, rev up your blood cir­cu­la­tion for a nat­u­ral blush, and leave you with a jolt of happy alert­ness as you step out of the bath­room.
