Up AND STRETCH.
Begin by lying flat on the mat. Bring feet together, and raise legs in one line until your butt lifts off, your toes reaching past your head. In one motion, return to starting position and continue to roll up all the way over to reach your toes with your fingers.
Get on your knees, and reach behind to place hands on ankles as you open up your chest.
Sit with legs crossed or in mermaid position. Place forearm flat on the mat and bend with the motion as you stretch the opposite arm overhead. Repeat on opposite side. A B COSMOPOLITAN APRIL 2016
