Get on your knees, and reach be­hind to place hands on an­kles as you open up your chest.

Sit with legs crossed or in mer­maid po­si­tion. Place fore­arm flat on the mat and bend with the mo­tion as you stretch the op­po­site arm over­head. Re­peat on op­po­site side. A B COS­MOPOLI­TAN APRIL 2016
