Be­gin in a seated mer­maid po­si­tion: left leg bent in front, the other bent be­hind. In a fluid mo­tion, place right hand at a dis­tance from the body so that you end up in a table­top po­si­tion, right hand and left knee down. Ex­tend left arm in front and right leg be­hind you and hold for three sec­onds. Go back to the start­ing po­si­tion and re­peat on the other side to com­plete one rep. B
