Start by ly­ing flat on your back. Place left foot on the floor, knee up, and bend right leg, shin, calf, and knee to touch the floor. Stretch arms over­head and roll up to a kneel­ing po­si­tion on the right knee, left foot on the ground and arms ex­tended in front. Stand up on your left knee and as you straighten up, keep arms to­wards the ceil­ing. Trans­fer weight on the left knee as you en­gage the leg mus­cles, straighten, and po­si­tion your body in a straight line par­al­lel to the ground. Re­peat on op­po­site side to com­plete one rep. C
