B [ a]. Start in a pushup po­si­tion, with your feet hip- width apart and with one hand hold­ing a ket­tle­bell. Lift the KB from the floor, keep­ing your el­bow close to your body. Lower the KB back to its start­ing po­si­tion. Al­ter­nate arms and do the same num­ber of reps.
