CAFÉ JUANITA

FILIPINO

Eats - - PASIG -

Café Juanita does not only offer its customers tantalizing dishes that will continue to haunt you after you’ve stepped out of its doors, but the interiors of Café Juanita itself is a feast for the eyes. Operated by Dr. Boy Vasquez, a famous, now retired Obstetrician, named the restaurant after his mother. Dr. Vasquez opened the restaurant as he claimed that cooking is what was implanted in his mind ever since because his mother loved to cook. The establishment offers its customers their own take on the Filipino delicacy and claimed by its customers to have the best Kare-Kare in town. Various antique pieces can be found inside the restaurant, including a beautiful piano that plays old romantic music to give out the relaxing and cozy vibe it needs. No reservations are needed at Café Juanita, except on Sundays because of their phenomenal Sunday lunch buffet.
