When he’s not shoot­ing restau­rants and dishes for some of the coun­try’s top pub­li­ca­tions, Sam also runs Eggs for Break­fast, an all-day break­fast place in An­tipolo. For this issue, Sam (who has also tried his hand at be­ing a barista) took pho­tos of Nitro 7’s cold brew cof­fee.
