1. Place sour­dough bread on a bak­ing pan and put in an oven set at 300°F for 10 min­utes to dry it out. Take it out of the oven and set aside to harden. 2. In a pan, sauté frank­furter in veg­etable oil un­til toasted. Sep­a­rate oil from frank­furter. Set aside. 3. In a food pro­ces­sor, pulse bread into crumbs. Trans­fer into a bowl. 4. Pour 20 g of ren­dered frank­furter oil onto bread. Toss. 5. Sea­son to taste.
