1. Place sourdough bread on a baking pan and put in an oven set at 300°F for 10 minutes to dry it out. Take it out of the oven and set aside to harden. 2. In a pan, sauté frankfurter in vegetable oil until toasted. Separate oil from frankfurter. Set aside. 3. In a food processor, pulse bread into crumbs. Transfer into a bowl. 4. Pour 20 g of rendered frankfurter oil onto bread. Toss. 5. Season to taste.
