Rose Pe­tal-in­fused Goat’s Cheese

200 grams goat’s cheese 1 tbsp de­hy­drated rose petals 30 ml 35 per­cent heavy cream 1 gar­lic clove, minced Salt, to taste


1. Com­bine goat’s cheese, cream, and gar­lic in a blender. Blend on medium speed un­til soft and fluffy. Trans­fer to a con­tainer. 2. Add the rose petals. Stir. Sea­son. Cover with cling wrap and al­low to steep in the chiller for 2 days. 3. Be­fore serv­ing pass the goat’s cheese mix through a tamis or strainer to re­move the petals.
