Rose Petal-infused Goat’s Cheese
200 grams goat’s cheese 1 tbsp dehydrated rose petals 30 ml 35 percent heavy cream 1 garlic clove, minced Salt, to taste
1. Combine goat’s cheese, cream, and garlic in a blender. Blend on medium speed until soft and fluffy. Transfer to a container. 2. Add the rose petals. Stir. Season. Cover with cling wrap and allow to steep in the chiller for 2 days. 3. Before serving pass the goat’s cheese mix through a tamis or strainer to remove the petals.
