60 grams multi- grain maize ce­real, chopped roughly

60 grams pow­dered sugar 60 grams all- pur­pose flour 60 grams egg whites 45 grams melted un­salted but­ter 2 grams salt

PRO­CE­DURE

Us­ing a medium-sized metal bowl, com­bine all in­gre­di­ents ex­cept for the multi-grain maize. Us­ing a whisk, mix un­til it turns into a smooth paste. Chill for at least 2 hours. Pre­heat oven to 165°C. Thinly spread cool mix­ture on a Sil­pat-lined flat bak­ing tray. Sprin­kle top with chopped multi-grain maize. Bake for 5 min­utes un­til tuile is lightly browned. Cool down and crack into pieces.
