“Everyone is different from each other. We can’t force people to take pole, but at least try it. As our teacher CD says, ‘it’s the funnest, sexiest way to get fit,’” shares Maria.
Find an activity You love.
“It has to be perfect for you, and you have to be passionate about it. If it’s something you’re passionate about, then you’ll continue doing it,” says Maria.
Schedule mini-workouts into Your day.
“Kids have schedules and routines, and eventually, you will memorize that schedule. Have a 15-minute workout while the baby is taking a nap. Or do it after they eat or while they’re playing,” advises Michelle.
