“Ev­ery­one is dif­fer­ent from each other. We can’t force peo­ple to take pole, but at least try it. As our teacher CD says, ‘it’s the funnest, sex­i­est way to get fit,’” shares Maria.

Find an ac­tiv­ity You love.

“It has to be per­fect for you, and you have to be pas­sion­ate about it. If it’s some­thing you’re pas­sion­ate about, then you’ll con­tinue do­ing it,” says Maria.

Sched­ule mini-work­outs into Your day.

“Kids have sched­ules and rou­tines, and even­tu­ally, you will mem­o­rize that sched­ule. Have a 15-minute work­out while the baby is tak­ing a nap. Or do it af­ter they eat or while they’re play­ing,” ad­vises Michelle.
