MILO philip­pines, FC barcelona to host foot­ball train­ing camp for chil­dren

MILO philip­pines has sealed the deal for a four-year part­ner­ship with pro­fes­sional foot­ball club FC barcelona to pro­mote a shared com­mit­ment on en­gag­ing the youth more into sports.

An­nounced last Novem­ber 2016, the deal has made MILO Philip­pines the of­fi­cial malt bev­er­age of FC Barcelona. Also in line with the said col­lab­o­ra­tion, MILO philip­pines has an­nounced road to barcelona, the com­pany’s new­est cam­paign which will scout for the next foot­ball cham­pi­ons who will be given a chance to ex­pe­ri­ence train­ing in Camp Nou, the home sta­dium of FC barcelona.

the road to barcelona will host a lo­cal se­lec­tion camp slated from September 2 to 3 at the mckin­ley Hill Sta­dium in taguig City. Par­tic­i­pants who will be com­prised of chil­dren ages 8 to 12 years old will un­dergo train­ing to be in­cluded on the of­fi­cial top 10. Fol­low­ing the se­lec­tion cri­te­ria aligned with MILO philip­pines’ brand essence and FC barcelona’s team ideals which in­clude the right mix of val­ues (60%) and skills (40%), ten kids will be sent to par­tic­i­pate in a train­ing camp in Camp Nou, in which the top two mem­bers will be given an all-ex­pense paid trip. the se­lected group will also be the philip­pine rep­re­sen­ta­tive for the MILO-FCB camp in Oc­to­ber. more info at
