INFOTAINMENT: MOVIES NA MAY HUGOT

Inquirer Libre - Davao - - PANGUNAHING PAHINA -

MAY mga pelikula na tumatak sa ating puso kahit matagal na natin itong napanood. Para sa VDay ngayong taon, tinanong namin ang ilang mga stars kung anong romantic movie ang hindi nila malilimutan at kung bakit.

MAX COLLINS

“Moulin Rouge.” Iyak ako ng iyak dun eh. It’s my favorite because it always manages to move me. It shows that love always prevails in the end… that love is worth dying for.

LOVI POE

My favorite romantic movie is “The Notebook.” Why? Ryan Gosling. And “La La Land.” Why? Again, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone. I cried my heart out in “La La Land,” because it shows that there are people you can love from afar.

MIGO ADECER

I like the darkness of “Charlie St. Cloud,” about a guy who falls in love and loses someone important in his life. “The Notebook” is a classic. In “Romeo and Juliet,” I like the dying scene, because it shows a whole new level of loving.

JASON ABALOS

I’ve always found “Garden State,” starring Natalie Portman and Zach Braff, very romantic.

IVAN DORSCHNER

I can love “Love, Actually” anytime, anywhere. I never thought that I would find its story of a son and his stepdad touching.

NAR CABICO

Not too many people like it, but it’s “Eat, Pray, Love” for me. I like it because I can relate to the lead character’s experiences. In order to love another person, you gotta love yourself, girl! -Inquirer
