Dear Besh,

I’m so frustrated sa work. This is my fifth job in two years. I really don’t know what’s wrong with me. Nag call center ako, sales, advertising, among others. ‘Di ko naman afford mawalan ng trabaho, besh. I just feel so stressed and hopeless. What’s wrong with me?

Dear Girlie,

Maybe cut yourself some slack.. Baka nasa stage ka pa na you’re still trying to figure out what you really want in your career and in your life in general.

Huwag masyadong harsh sa sarili, besh. At one point in our lives, nangyayari talaga 'yan . I suggest while you’re still trying to figure out what you ultimately want, work hard and focus sa mga maaari mong matutunan sa trabaho.

Sure naman siguro kahit konti meron, ‘di ba? Sabi nga, each and every day gets you closer to your dreams. Maybe take a step back too. Mag-reflect nang kaunti at i-assessmo yung mga bagay na gusto mong gawin, think how you can align them with your current job.

Kung hindi mo pa talaga alam ang gusto mo in life, do not feel bad. We are always evolving so we are going to continuously want new things, people, and experiences in our lives.

Walang masama rito, besh. An option is try to be aware and then choose thoughts that will make you feel better. Maybe try to find simple things that you can do daily that can automatically make you feel good.

‘Di ba kapag maganda disposisyon natin, mas nakakapagisip tayo creatively at kapag walang pressure, it’s easier to put things in perspective? Wow, big words.

Basta besh, I believe there’s nothing that good music, inspiration and maybe a much needed break can’t fix. Baka ito lang, solve ka na. Keribels?
