Entertainment is taken to a whole new level at Circuit Makati

The idea of a city has evolved from a place to work and live, to a whole culture. It has become a new world where people, technology and the physical space come together. In this coexistence, how do urbanites enjoy the simple pleasure of interacting with

Makati Leads - - News -

Makati’s transformation from a barren land to the country’s prime image of progress spurred the beginning of a relationship between people and place. This continuous growth excites people as Ayala Land together with the local government of Makati, and the Makati Commercial Estate Association (MACEA) presents the city’s vision to offer distinct experiences with the development of six districts. These are marked by the new Ayala Center, the country’s cosmopolitan and lifestyle district; Makati Central Business District (MCBD), the country’s premier financial district; Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati’s urban oasis; Makati North, envisioned to become the city’s hub for the young and vibrant; Makati South, eyed to rise as the tech and transport hub of the metropolis.

Circuit Makati is Ayala Land’s latest district. As one of the key pillars of the Make It Happen, Make It Makati campaign, it will complete the city’s vision to have a vast entertainment space.

AYALA LAND’S P20-BILLION INVESTMENT

With its history as an entertainment place as the home of the former race track and a venue for social gatherings and events – Circuit will continue this tradition as it brings to life new, interactive and top-notch/ exciting experiences.

“More importantly, this development continues Makati’s tradition as a visionary leader, as Ayala Land’s subsidiaries—Alveo Land for the residential group, Ayala Malls for the commercial development, and Ayala offices and Ayala Hotels — have committed an all- out involvement in this endeavour,” states Ayala Land President, Tony Aquino.

The 21-hectare development will rise as a dynamic urban hub that will seamlessly complement the distinct taste for living, experiences and lifestyle of today’s modern urbanites. Upon full development, it will offer a total 1.3 million square meters of built-up space.

BIG THINGS TO COME VERY SOON

Completing Makati’s vision as the country's leading city, Circuit is poised to rise as the city’s entertainment district presenting another facet of Makati’s culture. “Circuit will further highlight the city’s stature as a must- see, must-experience destination,” shares Meean Dy – Ayala Land Vice President for Strategic Landbank Management Group, adding that the district will be directly connected to the MCBD through Ayala Avenue Extension and South Avenue, future road linkages and other projects.

By bringing retail, office, hotel, and residential developments together each contributing to the total experience, Circuit is primed to be at par with the distinguished entertainment and lifestyle hubs across the globe. Circuit is set to complement the dynamic lifestyle that is already thriving at the heart of the city—one that has been synonymous with the rich legacy imprinted by Ayala Land in the city of Makati.
