Bikram Yoga marks their first-ever yoga session at the park
Bikram Yoga can straighten out two things: misconceptions and your body. Contrary to the belief that it's only practiced by people of immense flexibility, Bikram Yoga can be done at any age, and at any physical state. It is actually a mental exercise more than a physical one, as it aims to defy limits and mental expectations. Apart from simply reducing stress, this form of yoga promotes weight-loss, detoxification and increased flexibility.
To further spread the truth out there, Bikram Yoga Manila-Makati did its first public and free yoga session at the Ayala Triangle Gardens last October 25.
