Dai­ichi cited for of­fice devel­op­ment

Dai­ichi Prop­er­ties, Inc. re­cently bagged the cov­eted Five-Star Best Of­fice Devel­op­ment Philip­pines award at the Asia Pa­cific Prop­erty Awards 2015 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The prop­erty de­vel­oper won for the World Plaza, a 27-story Grade-A of­fice build­ing lo­cated in Boni­fa­cio Global City and de­signed by de­sign and ar­chi­tec­tural firm Gensler.

The Asia Pa­cific Prop­erty Awards rec­og­nizes and re­wards the finest of prop­erty, ar­chi­tec­ture and in­te­rior de­sign in the world. It is the re­gional arm of the In­ter­na­tional Prop­erty Awards, con­sid­ered one of the most pres­ti­gious in the global prop­erty arena.

The Asia Pa­cific Prop­erty Awards 2015 re­ceived hun­dreds of en­tries from the Asia Pa­cific re­gion. Th­ese en­tries were as­sessed by a judg­ing com­mit­tee com­posed of over 70 global prop­erty ex­perts and chaired by three mem­bers of the UK’s House of Lords.

The high­est-scor­ing win­ners from the Asia Pa­cific re­gion will then com­pete later this year against the other win­ners from Europe, Africa, Canada, the USA, Cen­tral and South Amer­ica, the Caribbean and Ara­bia to find the “World’s Best” in each cat­e­gory.

The World Plaza is lo­cated on 5th Av­enue, just min­utes away from the fu­ture home of the Philip­pines Stock Ex­change, Shangri-La BGC, and Boni­fa­cio High Street. The de­sign of World Plaza uti­lizes a dou­ble-glazed fully uni­tized cur­tain wall and in­su­lated high­per­for­mance glass that max­i­mizes nat­u­ral light­ing for a more sus­tain­able and healthy work en­vi­ron­ment.

Dai­ichi Prop­er­ties has ac­quired, de­signed, and de­vel­oped com­mer­cial and industrial real es­tate prop­er­ties in the Philip­pines since 1992. The com­pany is known as a de­vel­oper of Grade A high-rise of­fice tow­ers.
