NEW ASEAN CHAIR

President Rodrigo R. Duterte hands over the Association of Southeast Asian Nations gavel to Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong (right) at the closing ceremony of the 31st ASEAN Summit at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City last night. Singapore officially took over chairmanship of the regional bloc during the ceremony.
