Negros PNP chief sacked
DUMAGUETE CITY: Negros Oriental Provincial Police Office director, Senior Supt. Nestor Tiempo, has been removed from his post as acting provincial director.
Tiempo received his relief order on Thursday night which he said was unlikely to happen if his accomplishments are to be gauged being the acting provincial director for two months and 24 days since his assumption on July 5, 2016.
Deputy Regional Director for Operations, Senior Supt Mariano Natuel Jr., has confirmed the dismissal of Tiempo but did not offer any reason.
Natuel said, regional chief directorial staff Senior Supt. Jimmy Catanes will temporarily of his present assignment while the PNP will be Degamo to choose from.
