MALA­CAÑANG has be­lied ru­mors that for­mer se­na­tor Fer­di­nand “Bong­bong” Mar­cos Jr. is be­ing groomed as the next sec­re­tary of the Department of the In­te­rior and Lo­cal Gov­ern­ment (DILG).
