SPRUCE Cold Pressed Juices
SPRUCE prides itself with making their juices fresh daily, with no sweeteners, no preservatives, and just under 300 calories per bottle. Their juices are raw and unpasteurized, so it will last for up to 48 hours sealed and refrigerated. SPRUCE juices are meant to be taken on their own whether as a post workout treat, a way to get more vitamin C in your system and even as a hangover cure! While SPRUCE does not have a dedicated program for juice cleansing, their yummy juices can also be used for such.
Formula 1 has spinach, apple, carrot, cucumber, celery and spirulina. SPRUCE recommends this for breakfast as it is filling and energizing. It's like drinking salad! The Skinny Bitch is light and refreshing and is good post workout drink. It has pear, cucumber, pomelo, celery, romaine lettuce and parsley. Smooth Operator is something for those not yet accustomed to green juices as it is on the sweet side. It aids in digestion and is a combination of apple, pineapple, moringa and lemon. Lady Luck has a strikingly beautiful red color thanks to the combination of carrot, orange, pear, pineapple, beet, lemon and ginger. It is a bit sweet, and then boom—ginger kick! Apple of My Eye is another one for juicing virgins as it is the combination of two all time favorites, apples and lemons. If you have problems with stomach acidity, it is better to have this with a meal instead of an empty stomach. Other juices available are Mean Green Machine, Sunburn, La Furia Roja and Beta-Max.
