Si­naing na Tulin­gan is a na­tive dish from Batan­gas that serves the tulin­gan or bul­let fish with bil­imbi or kamias. Clean and salt the tulin­gan while you place the kamias in a pot. Place the tulin­gan over the kamias, and let it sim­mer for sev­eral hours. Serve with white rice, and don’t forget to trans­fer the re­main­ing liq­uid from the pot to be used as patis.
