THAI TOFU SKEW­ERS IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

1 pack of 250 g. firm tofu, sliced in cubes 1 tbsp. fresh turmeric 1/4 cup ginger Bell pep­per 3 cloves gar­lic 8 pcs. kaf­fir lime leaves 1/4 cup curry leaves 1 tbsp. red Thai curry paste 1/2 cup olive oil 2 pcs. red chili Bam­boo skew­ers

PRO­CE­DURE

1. Blend all spices and oil in a blender. 2. Toss cubed tofu in a bowl with the spices mix. 3. Mar­i­nate tofu for 30 min­utes to an hour. 4. Skewer tofu with bam­boo sticks then pan grill over medium heat un­til the sides turn golden brown.
